Confederate Flags of the Civil War
This poster illustrates the development of the Confederate flags
of the Civil War. The "Bonnie Blue Flag" and the three versions
of the national flag are shown. Also presented is the
development of the Confederate "battle flag" in both Lee's
eastern army and the armies of the west.
The poster was designed and illustrated by myself. It is the culmination of a life-long interest in Civil War flags.
